The federal reserve board's site has a great history of interest
rates.

Look at www.bog.frb.fed.us/releases/

and then go down to Monthly Releases, Selected Interest Rates.

It doesn't seem to be in downloadable format where you can bring
numbers into a
spreadsheet easily, but it prints off as a well formatted page with
your adobe
acrobat reader.

I need to find the 30 year United States Treatury Bond yield as of
April 30,
1999 for a reserve calculation. Does anyone know where I might find
that
rate - preferably on line.

Thanks

Chris
