SOUPED UP VERSION OF EXCEL RAND FUNCTION

In the "Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Developer's Workshop, Fifth Edition"
(Microsoft Press), John Clark Craig and Jeff Webb give the discussion and
code for a Class Module (pages 570-573) which can be used to generate
uniformly distributed random numbers on [0,1) that is alleged to be
superior to RAND and Rnd. Because this is copyrighted material, I cannot
pass on the code.
This code works in VB5 AND in Excel VBA just fine! I am in the process of
testing to see if it really does do a better job than RAND.
