Table M charges for higher entry ratios

The Table of Insurance Charges isn't some generic thing but rather is
intellectual property and a product of NCCI, inc. (Pepsi or Coke as opposed
to cola.) It has been distributed to NCCI's Large Accounts licensees as
part of their affiliation agreement and is available for purchase to all.

Wausau is of course such an affiliate, so Ginda has the goods. CNA is,
too, Yin.

In case you aren't, who you gonna call? Try NCCI Customer Service at
1-800-NCCI123. They sell the table. The 1998 table is $300 for Large
Account affiliates, $850 for other affiliates and $1,700 for
non-affiliates.

The new Table M published by the NCCI includes formulas to calculate
insurance charges for entry ratios up to 10 or so. Check exhibits A and 1.
Most values will require several calculations and some interpolations.
