Question: ISO has developed a Buy-back Endorsement to the Agribusiness 1st and
3rd Party Exclusions due to the Y2K problem. Do you know of any rating
methodologies in place for the pricing of this Buy-back?
It sounds like the main peril involved with this endorsement is spoilage
caused by Y2k computer problems. ISO has not developed a loss cost for this
endorsement. If there is no info available for this specific coverage,
perhaps someone could refer us to a more general paper dealing with Y2k
pricing issues.
