Yes, I took the course last fall over the internet. It was an excellent
course. Steve and his assistant, Kevin Alghrim, did an excellent job. They are
not only actuaries but they are also teachers. It is a fairly intense course.
I would recommend that you make sure your computer equipment is compatible and
you allocate the time to follow the assignments as if you were an on-site
student.
