The best source for this information would be Best's Intelligencer. It
publishes a summary of what companies have filed by state by line of
business (commercial lines vs. personal lines). Published information
includes loss costs adopted, Loss Cost Multipliers, or deviations from
rates.

Subject: Information on market conditions

I am looking for sources of information regarding deviations from filed
rates. In effect, how heavily credited and/or debited might the current
markets be. I am interested in both personal and commercial lines of
business. Would ISO have this type of information, or maybe the AAIS?
Any ideas on other items that may be indicators for existing market
conditions, or indicators for change in market conditions?
