Responsibilities include data collection and handling for loss reserving
and pricing, spreadsheet template building & updates for actuarial
analysis, basic actuarial analysis such as loss reserving, assistance in
rate filing and other special actuarial projects as assigned. Qualified
candidates will possess a BA/BS with a major in actuarial science, math or
statistics, , good verbal and written communication skills, proactive
attitude with demontrated initiatives and a career goal as an actuary.
Additionally one to three complete CAS exams, one year of experience in
insurance industry in an actuarial function and Excel marcro writing and
pivot table skills would be preferred.
