Just to add my two sense. I use APL to simulate. (I write my own function=

the old fashioned way.) At home I use Mathematica (available on the MAC,
IBM and other platforms.) I also use Crimcalc, Glenn Meyers excellent PC=

program of the Heckman/Meyers algorithm for aggregate loss distributions.=
