---Instead of getting each CASNET e-mail message separately during thecourse of a day, you now have the option of receiving one e-mailcontaining all CASNET messages that were sent that day. This option iscalled the Digest Version of CASNET. The Digest Version is e-mailednightly, based on the messages sent during that day.To change your subscription to Digest Version, you must send an e-mailto the List Manager. The List Manager is an automated system thatperforms functions based on commands received. To send an e-mail to theList Manager, address it to:

In the body of the message, write the command: digest casnet

The List Manager will return a confirmation message. Every24-hours you will receive a single email message with a table ofcontents and each CASNET message that was posted the previous day.
If you want to change from Digest Version to the standard format, send amessage to the List Manager at caslists@lists.casact.org. In the bodyof the message, write the command join casnet. The List Manager willreturn a confirmation message.
To unsubscribe from CASNET, send a message to the List Manager atcaslists@lists.casact.org. In the body of the message, write thecommand leave casnet. The List Manager will return a confirmationmessage.
If you unsubscribe from CASNET and later wish to rejoin, send a messageto the List Manager at caslists@lists.casact.org with the command joincasnet in the body of the message. The List Manager will return aconfirmation message.
