The new revised transition rules are out making it a bit more=20
difficult (than in the previous version) to get parts 2 & 4=2E

Now to get part 4 without taking 5A we need 3C passed prior to Fall=20

finance material) I still don't think that 2 months notice for 3C is=20
sufficient for many of us to change plans=2E Is CAS trying to get us b=

surprise? I like surprises, of course, but =2E=2E=2E come on, we could=

gotten more time to plan ahead=2E
