About This Event

The Leadership Summit returns to an in-person format in 2022, with an opportunity for remote participation. Chairs, Vice Chairs, Regional Affiliate officers, Vice Presidents, Staff and others will gather to:

  • Learn new skills to assist you in your role as a volunteer and business leader, with the opportunity to earn CE.
  • Gain insights into strategic areas of focus for the CAS.
  • Share your input to help shape the future of the CAS.

If you are unable to attend the 2022 CAS Leadership Summit, please designate a representative from your volunteer group or regional affiliate as your alternate and forward the name of the representative to the CAS Office (attention: Shelby Wolff, swolff@casact.org).

Registration Information

There is no registration fee for the CAS Leadership Summit.  To RSVP, please register online by September 6, 2022.

Program guide

Hosted by President-Elect Roosevelt Mosley, this year’s Summit will include:

  • Leadership development training
  • An overview of the state of the CAS
  • An update on implementation of the Admissions Transformation Plan (ATP)
  • A review of the CAS Strategic Plan in preparation for the next iteration of the 3-year implementation plan
  • Ample networking opportunities

A more detailed meeting agenda will be shared closer to the meeting.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved for the night of September 12. Rates are $229 single/double plus taxes.

Reservations must be made by September 2.

This powerful session will provide both leaders and individual contributors an understanding of why resilience is more important than ever. This skillset goes hand in hand with emotional intelligence. Together, we will focus on self-management, enhancing well-being, and decreasing stress through improved resiliency; not only for you but for your team as well. You'll leave with a clear path to improve your level of self-management.
