Transportation
The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago is located approximately 18 miles from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and 13 miles from Chicago Midway Airport. The hotel offers continuous transportation service through Continental Air Transport (Airport Express) at (800) 654-7871. Round-trip fare to/from O'Hare International Airport is $42 per person and to/from Midway is $23 per person. Taxi cabs are easily accessible and are approximately $30-$40 one way to O'Hare or Midway Airport.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by the CAS Office on or before September 9, 2005, less a $50 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Fax or e-mail cancellation requests to (703) 276-3108 or meetings@casact.org.

Suggested Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all sessions, including the reception. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. The average high temperature during September in Chicago is 75 degrees F and the average low is approximately 54 degrees F.
