The registration fee for the RCM Seminar includes two continental breakfasts, one reception, a luncheon on Monday, refreshment breaks, and all materials needed for the seminar. The registration fee for the ERM Symposium includes one continental breakfast, one reception, luncheons on Tuesday and Wednesday, refreshment breaks, and all materials needed for the seminar. The registration fee for the DFA Seminars includes one continental breakfast, a luncheon on Wednesday, refreshment breaks, and all materials needed for the seminars.
Registrants who attend multiple seminars will receive the discounted rates listed below. If you are speaking at one seminar you will receive a discount in your registration fees as outlined below. All fees will increase by $50 if registration is received after July 11, 2003. The CAS Office staff will send a confirmation by regular mail to all registered attendees.
