Enrollment Information
Registration fees include all meeting materials as well as evening receptions on Sunday and Monday, continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Monday.
Registrations received after February 24, 2006 will be subject to a $50 late fee. The CAS Office staff will send a confirmation by postal mail to all registrants.

*An active candidate of the CAS is defined as one who has attempted at least one actuarial exam in the last two calendar years.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by March 3, 2006 at the CAS Office, less a $50 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Cancellation requests may be either faxed to (703) 276-3108 or e-mailed to meetings@casact.org.
In the event that a CAS meeting is canceled, participants will receive a full refund for registration fees paid. Transportation costs or fees are the responsibility of each attendee, and therefore are not reimbursable by the CAS.
Attire
Business casual attire is suggested for all sessions, as well as the evening receptions on Sunday and Monday. As meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
In Salt Lake City, the average high temperature during March is 53 degrees and the average low is 37 degrees.
Lodging Information
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the evenings of March 12 and 13, 2006. Rates are $139 single/double. Please call the hotel directly at (801) 531-0800 or Marriott reservations toll-free at (800) 228-9290 to reserve your room. The hotel reservation deadline has been extended to Friday, February 17, 2006. Be sure to mention that you are attending the Casualty Actuarial Society Seminar on Ratemaking to receive the negotiated rate.
Please note that one night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation and may be applied to the last night's stay. The deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 noon.
