Seminar Objective
The 2000 Seminar on Ratemaking provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of ratemaking methods, concepts and issues. Sessions are available for insurance professionals with ratemaking knowledge levels that vary from very limited to advanced. A number of presentations will focus on the traditional areas of ratemaking such as automobile, property, workers compensation, other commercial lines, and reinsurance in both an introductory format and a more in-depth format. Areas of interest related to ratemaking such as data management, regulation, managed care, and dynamic financial analysis will be addressed in other sessions.
