Registration
The registration fee includes two continental breakfasts, one reception, a luncheon on Thursday, refreshment breaks, and
all materials needed for the seminar.
All fees will increase by $50 if registration is received after May 23,
2001. The CAS Office staff will send a
confirmation by regular mail to all registered attendees.

Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for all sessions, including the receptions. Since temperatures may vary in
