Registration Information

When registering for this event online, please select your reg type to see the event fees available. Note: Registration form is best viewed in Internet Explorer.

The registration fee includes a welcome reception on the eve of the seminar, a reception on Monday evening; continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks on both days, and seminar materials.

The number of participants is limited and registrations will be honored in the order that they are received.

Pre-registration will close on September 7, 2009. Onsite registration may be available at the seminar and the CAS Office staff will send confirmations to all pre-registered attendees.

On-Site Registration Hours:

The CLRS registration desk will be open as follows:

• Sunday, September 13th, 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.
• Monday, September 14th, 7:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.
• Tuesday, September 15th, 7:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.

Cancellation Policy

The fee will be refunded for cancellations received by September 4, 2009 less a $100 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Cancellations will be accepted by fax at (703) 276-3108 or via email to refund@casact.org.
