Joint Risk Management Section Releases New Operational Risk Research Report

The CIA, CAS, and SOA's Joint Risk Management Section has released a research report on operational risk titled, “A New Approach for Managing Operational Risk: Addressing the Issues Underlying the 2008 Global Financial Crisis.” The report examines approaches to operational risk management and considerations for establishing formal operational risk programs. The report was authored by a research team from OpRisk Advisory and Towers Perrin.
